Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned with the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that:
- Have been used or worn
- Are not in their original packaging
- Are returned in a damaged or altered condition not caused by us
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@amalvieyewear.com as soon as possible.
In these cases, we will:
- Cover the return shipping costs
- Offer you the choice between:
- A full refund
- A free replacement
- An exchange
Return Shipping
For returns that are not related to product defects or errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- After the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days by the original payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. If you experience any problem with your order, you must contact us at contact@amalvieyewear.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
By placing an order with us, you agree to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue in accordance with this policy.
Opening a chargeback without prior contact may be considered a violation of this policy.
In cases where a refund is requested, the item must be returned to us in accordance with our return conditions before any refund is issued. Refunds will not be granted for items that are not returned.
If a return is approved, customers must follow the return instructions provided. Failure to comply with return procedures may result in a denial of the refund.
We reserve the right to provide evidence to financial institutions, including proof of delivery, customer communication, and acceptance of our policies at checkout, in order to dispute any chargeback claims.
